Join professional poet Joanna Nissel and researchers from the University of Southampton’s Feeling Towns project at this friendly, creative, 90-minute poetry workshop and consultation session for local volunteers. Participants will explore their relationship to the place where they live and volunteer— and reflect together on their motivations for volunteering to create a collaborative collage poem. It is an opportunity to share your stories, hear those of other volunteers and to make your feelings about the local area known.
