Please find attached a notification letter, agenda, procedures for committee elections and forms, and the minutes from last year’s AGM in preparation for this year’s AGM on Monday 16th October 2023. The meeting will be held in the John Wade Lounge at the Darlington Hippodrome Theatre at 6:30pm for a 7pm start. Do let us know if there are any accessibility arrangements that we can support with.
A reminder that your ballot papers will need to be handed in prior to 7pm on the day of the meeting and must be printed with original signatures. Could any AOB please be with me two weeks prior to the AGM.
